Adult Training Class Description: Attention all adults who are looking for a workout that challenges them and is tailored exactly to their needs! There will be a one-month Adult Training Class taking place at Sports Performance Advancement, LLC starting Oct. 7th and running for 4 weeks through Oct. 30th. The class will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 am and 9 am. This class is designed to be as individualized as possible without the cost of a personal trainer.
