Refund Policy

Cancellations will only be considered PRIOR TO establishing a listing on TheCommunityPage.com. Once a listing is added to the directory no cancellations will be considered.

Refunds are at the discretion of TheCommunityPage.com. No refunds will be issued for circumstances which are not within our control such as a business closing or ceasing to exist for any reason. Any refunds deemed appropriate and legitimate by TheCommunityPage.com will be issued on a pro rated basis. The date on which a business requests inclusion on TheCommunityPage.com, as evidenced by payment of the yearly fee or, in the event that payment is delayed, the date on which a request was made for inclusion on TheCommunityPage.com shall be considered the START date for purposes of calculating any potential refund for Packages B, C, D, or E.  No refunds will be issued for Package A once a business is listed on the site.   In any case, the prorated advertising fee for the period of time from START until removal from TheCommunityPage.com PLUS a labor fee of $199.00 shall be deducted from any potential refund.
