Coupon Help for Preferred Advertisers
If your package includes use of our exclusive COUPON function, follow the directions below to create, edit and customize your coupons.
You may have noticed that your customer screen looks a little different than the Quick Start Guide. That's because you have access to our exclusive COUPON program. Let's get started.
First, your Customer Portal will have an additional section called "Issue Coupons":
- Choose YES to access the program and begin creating your coupon.
- Click "View/Edit Coupon" to enter your coupon details.
- Then click UPDATE.
Once you click "View/Edit Coupon" you will see the EDIT COUPON screen. You need to do three things:
- Enter Your coupon offer in the OFFER field. Some examples are "Free Ice Cream Cone with the Purchase of Any New Car" or "$5.00 OFF any Purchase over $25.00"
- Enter any Terms such as an expiration date and/or limits such as "One Coupon per Customer" or "Expires July 30, 2010."
- Click the "Save Coupon" button at the bottom of the page to save your entries.
You can see what your coupon looks like before saving it by clicking "View this Coupon".
You can also add notes for yourself in the "User Memo" field such as "Change to 25% off starting August 15" or anything you want. The "User Memo" won't be displayed on your coupon. It is for your convenience only.
If you already created a coupon you can quickly edit it by logging in and clicking on the COUPON icon in your list of Purchased packages.
You will then see an exact image of your coupon as it now exists. Simply click "Edit this coupon" to make changes or to delete it entirely. You can create a new coupon at any time.
That's it! You can make changes to your coupons at any time and your customers can print them 24 hours a day!
